And the testosterone claim? Smaller than the label implies

The bridge from ashwagandha to testosterone is a chain of reasoning: chronic stress keeps cortisol high, cortisol and testosterone tend to move in opposite directions, therefore lowering cortisol should let testosterone recover. Does L-arginine improve erectile function?
